April 2012

The planning application for 5 turbines has been submitted to Stratford District Council.  Details of the planning application can be found here  If you click on the “Comments” tab you can OBJECT to the application.  We urge you to put in your objection to ensure the Council and Developer fully understand the strength of feeling amongst a large number of the LOCAL population.  You have until 8th June 2012 to lodge your views.  Please ensure all your friends and neighbours know how to object and put their feelings in writing by post or email as soon as possible.  Click here for further details of how to object to this planning application

February 2012

The London based developer have put in a planning application for 5 Turbines We are awaiting further information from Stratford District Council and the application will be made available to the general public during March 2012.  You must make your feelings known.  If you do not want these turbines at this location you must write to the council.  Details of how to object are here.

Broadview held their third exhibition in Knightcote Village Hall.

We have also produced another video showing why we think turbines are not the answer to our problems

Broadview, the opportunistic London turbine developers, have booked Knightcote Village Hall to attempt to persuade us that five 400’ turbines and electricity pylons will have no negative impact on our beautiful Feldon Vale.   PLEASE come to this meeting on 8th December 2011 to show just how strong the feelings are and to show them that the majority of LOCAL residents do not want Shakespeare’s Country defiled by these beasts
